Today we released our first sparkling Riesling with a Bubbles for Breakfast event. It is hard not to feel a little nervous releasing a new wine - but we have been so happy with how the wine has been received. The sparkling was an idea that sprang out of a trip to Germany by Four Winds Vineyard founders Suzanne and Graeme. The German market was full of delicious sparkling Riesling; a style that we are well set-up to make with our large Riesling planting. It has been difficult to find many examples of the style here in Australia but now there is one more. Pop out to the cellar door to try some!
