This gin was the one good thing to come out of our vineyard this year. We lost the crop to smoke taint from the bushfires. Unable to harvest any grapes for wine and unwilling to leave the great-looking crop for the birds we decided to make a gin. We teamed up with The Canberra Distillery and undertook trials using varying percentages of Riesling juice and a range of botanicals. After many trials this gin is the result.
It has the lovely floral and citrus flavours that you will find in our riesling. The juniper, citrus and apple flavours will partner beautifully with your favourite tonic.
