Tom’s Block is made from a small parcel of our best Shiraz vines. Basket pressed and aged in French oak barrels for over a year this wine shows elegant red fruit and an intensity of spice and dark berries. A silky mouth feel supported by fine tannins gives a long and satisfying finish.
